Overview:
Reeson Education is seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for sports and youth engagement to join our team as Youth Sports Support Assistants. This role involves working within primary educational settings, focusing on promoting physical activity and well-being among children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering sports activities during various school hours, including breakfast clubs, after-school programs, and physical education classes.
  • Support students on a one-on-one basis, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviors, to enhance their learning experience.
  • Engage in outdoor educational activities, which may include adventure sports such as climbing, paddle boarding, and sailing.
  • Participate in playtime supervision, fostering a positive environment for children who may struggle with confidence and self-esteem.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Experience working with children or adults with learning difficulties, including ADHD, SEMH, and ASC.
  • A background in Sports, Physical Education, or Outdoor Education.
  • Experience in youth or community work.
  • Skills in sports coaching or teaching assistance.
  • The ability to engage and support students in their social, emotional, and personal development.
