About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at i-teachers. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, working closely with the SENCo to monitor progress and follow tailored learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with additional needs, including those with Autism and ADHD
  • Work closely with the SENCo to develop and implement individual learning plans
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing one-to-one support and small group instruction
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Strong academic background and passion for education
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs
  • Knowledge of Autism and ADHD, and experience in supporting students with these needs
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to at least one academic year
