Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude, with a basic understanding of child development and learning strategies.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with children with complex needs, with a proven track record of adapting resources and strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Relevant certifications or training in areas such as autism, ADHD, or other special educational needs.
