Head of Marketing Opportunity in Carlisle

NXT Recruitment LTD is working with an award-winning business in Carlisle to find a talented Head of Marketing to join their team.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and execute it effectively. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial goals and objectives.
  • Manage marketing relationships with key manufacturers and partners.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including website, ads, email campaigns, social media, and retail initiatives.
  • Drive the digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media presence, affiliates, and online advertising.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the brand and digital marketing budget.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role with experience of building and managing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver new and innovative marketing campaigns online and offline.
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercial awareness.
  • Passion for customer and constantly curious, obsessed with delivering the right message at the right time and with the right content.

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + Bonus

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Permanent
