Key Responsibilities

The brands represented by our client are renowned for their excellence in performance, engineering, and innovation, attracting passionate customers. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the Product Specialist to ensure a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience for customers. The Product Specialist will showcase the driving experience and highlight the vehicle's performance and features, while you will handle discussions regarding purchasing arrangements and ensure customer satisfaction with their selected vehicle.

Daily tasks will include:


• Understanding and adapting to customers' purchasing strategies, encouraging them to experience the product through test drives facilitated by the Product Specialist.


• Negotiating pricing and payment options, including providing guidance on financing solutions directly to customers, in accordance with company policies.


• Following up on each vehicle delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase, while maintaining ongoing relationships for future business opportunities.


• Organizing and planning daily sales activities, such as reaching out to potential customers (previous or existing clients and general inquiries) to generate new business.


• Collaborating with colleagues and various departments to deliver a seamless service experience to customers.


• Actively participating in training and development initiatives to support the company in achieving its goals.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in automotive sales is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.



Compensation and Benefits

The role requires a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week (with 8 days off monthly). The salary structure includes a base of £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £55,000 per annum.

Additional benefits include 30 days of holiday, a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, cycle-to-work schemes, discounted MOTs, service and parts, employee car schemes, and access to the Employee Assistance Programme.
