Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and adapt to customers' purchasing preferences, encouraging them to experience our vehicles through test drives.
- Negotiate pricing and payment options, including providing guidance on financing solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster relationships and secure future business.
- Organize and manage your daily sales activities effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Actively engage in training and professional development opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Quick learner who can process information and respond thoughtfully.
- Demonstrated work ethic and adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet business objectives.
- Positive attitude towards organizational and market changes.
- Proficiency in IT (PC, Microsoft applications, and web navigation) and a valid UK driving license.
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission, with an OTE exceeding £50k.
