What We Seek:

We are in search of a dedicated Retail Sales Advisor who is enthusiastic about fashion. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional brand experience for our clientele, passionately sharing your love for our products while assisting them in finding their perfect choices with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in meeting the store's targets and ensuring the shop is well-organized and stocked with the right merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Attract and retain customers by providing attentive service and embodying the brand's values.
  • Sales Performance: Meet the shop's commercial goals and KPIs by effectively communicating the unique value of our brand.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the team on inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment, ensuring all products are readily available for customers.
  • Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and support among colleagues.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in the fashion retail sector.
