**Role Overview**
A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled project coordinator to join our project administration team at GA Group in London. As a project coordinator, you will work closely with the senior project manager and collaborate with internal and external project teams, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare project documentation as instructed by the client's commercial and project management team.
- Prepare and negotiate variations and additional fee bids.
- Prepare and maintain project reports and programmes.
- Manage project resources and update project resource plans on the ERP system.
- Work with the internal finance and administration team to prepare monthly billing in accordance with contract terms.
**Requirements**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in project management.
- 3-5 years of demonstrable relevant project management experience, ideally in a high-end design or architectural firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Projects.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure and to multiple strict timelines.
