Facilities Management Assistant Position

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Facilities Management Assistant within our organization. This role encompasses overseeing the Reception Desk and utilizing a computerized helpdesk system to facilitate maintenance tasks.

This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours of work per week, following a 4 on 4 off schedule. The compensation package is competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reception services and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Coordinate on-site operations and administrative tasks
  • Oversee security and safety protocols
  • Manage student conduct and access to facilities
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and residents
