Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily plant care tasks, including watering and climate management.

  • Plan and execute essential crop management tasks, including spray schedules and fruit quality checks.
  • Collaborate with the growing team to maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial greenhouse growing, particularly with soft fruits.
  • Confidence in making day-to-day growing decisions and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to work weekends as needed.
