Job Overview

At RADKA ADVERTISING, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize CRM software, Google Docs, and MS Office to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Docs, and MS Office.
