Your Responsibilities:

This role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing a comprehensive business development experience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will engage in a role that is both challenging and deeply rewarding, concentrating on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth through new client acquisition and nurturing existing partnerships. You will be equipped with all necessary tools and resources to achieve remarkable outcomes, ensuring that both you and SThree maintain a competitive edge. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Employing various strategies such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events to effectively source and evaluate candidates.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to determine candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for diverse roles.
  • Expertly negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients and candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships while providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
  • Managing the complete recruitment process, overseeing interactions with clients and candidates from initiation to conclusion.

We value backgrounds in recruitment, high-level customer service, contact centers, sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C sectors, as these often provide transferable skills applicable to this role.
