Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understand client needs, manage growth, and cultivate business relationships while monitoring sales activities.
  • Maximizing Existing Relationships - Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients through consistent communication, ensuring their needs are met and representing candidates effectively.
  • Candidate Management - Attract and engage core candidates using effective strategies, develop relationships to ensure their readiness for job placements, and conduct thorough registrations and assessments to understand their qualifications.
  • Compliance -Ensure timely and accurate completion of necessary documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining organized records and adhering to ethical standards.
