Lead Cybersecurity Operations Analyst

Enso Recruitment, representing our esteemed client, is in search of a seasoned and driven Cybersecurity Operations Analyst specializing in Operational Technology (OT). This position is ideal for individuals possessing a robust comprehension of OT security methodologies and a desire to contribute significantly within a vibrant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular evaluations of user access permissions to systems, pinpointing and rectifying inappropriate access rights.
- Formulate and execute vulnerability management protocols, overseeing vulnerability scanning and patching activities.
- Assist in conducting periodic security risk evaluations and audits, scrutinizing audit findings to identify and alleviate security threats.
- Facilitate penetration testing and remediation efforts through external security consultants, analyzing test results to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Oversee security tools and reports for potential security concerns, investigating and resolving compliance issues.
Act as a conduit between the Security Operations Center and Business As Usual (BAU) teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with security stakeholders.
Support and investigate security incidents, adhering to established protocols and aiding in forensic inquiries.
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive experience in IT security.
- Proven capability in deploying and managing security asset management.
- Experience in managing vulnerability scanning solutions.
Desirable Criteria:
- CISSP or other pertinent security certifications.
- Experience in security incident response and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
