We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Rural Surveyor to join our team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our land management team, you will be responsible for managing diverse let estates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland and deer management.
  • Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management.
  • Experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
