We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programme engagement strategies across a defined area, focusing on targeted approaches to organisations to create effective referral channels into DWP Provision.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Programme Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement programme engagement strategies across a defined area, focusing on targeted approaches to organisations to create effective referral channels into DWP Provision.
- Support Programme Performance: Support the performance of our programmes by setting up effective referral channels.
- Develop Programme Engagement Plans: Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and agree programme engagement plans to meet performance requirements of our DWP provision.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Work with Integration Team colleagues to support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholder groups, such as Local Authorities, Education, LEP's, Chamber of Commerce, and Third Sector organisations, to ensure our approach and offer are aligned with local stakeholder objectives.
- Experience in Relationship Building: Experience in developing and leveraging relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Networking and Communication Skills: Experience of networking and building effective and strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentational skills.
- Delivering in a High-Performance Culture: Experience of delivering in a high-performance target-driven culture, with the ability to meet contractual and quality standards.
- IT Literacy: Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes, including 365 products and modern digital technologies, such as Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Working in Recruitment or Government-Funded Services: Experience of working in recruitment, government-funded services, or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of the Employability Industry: Knowledge of the employability industry and the Southern Area labour market and challenges of the job market.
- Ability to Travel: Ability to travel to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required.
