Marketing Product Strategist

Location: Remote (4 days flexible)

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 plus generous benefits

About the Role:

As a Marketing Product Strategist, you'll sit within the loyalty and retention team and be responsible for aligning our product strategy with the overall commercial goals. You'll ensure that all marketing and communication activity is on brand and delivered with specific commercial goals in mind. You'll also be responsible for analysing data to understand how effective each campaign/product is performing as well as enhancing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Lead Strategic Direction: Develop and lead the strategic direction for various products and services aligned to retaining customers.
  2. Customer Journey Management: Manage and optimise the customer journey and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
  3. Budget Oversight: Oversee the budget and ensure that products are streamlined.
  4. Data-Driven Approach: Implement a data-driven approach to continuously improve product offering through testing and learning.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Work with internal stakeholders at all levels within the business.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, or a related field
  2. Proven Experience: Proven experience in strategic marketing or product marketing roles.
  3. Loyalty and Retention Experience: Experience in loyalty, retention, or e-commerce data analysis is a plus.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Budget Management: Experience managing multimillion-pound budgets.
  6. Project Management: Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing C-suite stakeholders.
