Position Overview:

A Regional Account Executive is required for a leading property platform in the UK.

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000.

Uncapped commission potential of £15,000.

Company vehicle provided.

Role Summary:

This field-based position encompasses various regions, focusing on client engagement and relationship management.

  • Driving revenue through established accounts.
  • Identifying and converting new business prospects.
  • Contributing to the achievement of overall commercial objectives.
  • Managing diverse projects, each with specific targets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance relationships with property developers in your designated area.
  • Create and execute strategic market entry plans for each account or project.
  • Increase account spending by understanding client objectives and introducing innovative features and tools.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory by fostering relationships with property developers outside your current portfolio.
  • Analyze data during review meetings to assist clients in comprehending their business landscape.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales revenue and activity goals, consistently aiming for top performance.
  • Provide exceptional account management, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing account management experience, with a preference for fieldwork.
  • Proven ability to sell based on value.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in expanding a portfolio of accounts while pursuing new business.
  • Familiarity with selling online solutions, particularly in online marketplaces, is advantageous.
