About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, working with children and young people with complex mental health needs. As a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapeutic services, including assessments, interventions, and supervision. You will also contribute to the overall management of the service, working closely with other clinicians, managers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychotherapeutic services to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of child and adolescent mental health services, working closely with other clinicians and stakeholders.
- Supervise and support junior clinicians, including child psychotherapists and other junior staff.
- Participate in audit and research activities, contributing to the improvement of services and the advancement of knowledge in the field.
- Coordinate referrals and support the organisational needs of the team, including job planning and service delivery.
