Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.
  • Ensure service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support, experiencing life opportunities that promote growth and independence.
  • Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
  • Engage with service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
