We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the care home, ensuring that service users receive the highest standards of professional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Develop and implement care programs that promote growth and independence for service users.
  • Engage with service users and their families to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
