Deputy Care Home Manager Opportunity

An exciting new role has emerged for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join a leading healthcare provider in the Colchester, Essex area. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in managing the care home and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Develop and implement care programs that promote growth and independence for service users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with service users and understand their needs.
