{"About the Role": "As a Project Coordinator at Wienerberger, you will be working within our Category Management team. This team is responsible for developing and launching new products to the market, managing product lifecycles, and setting overarching marketing and pricing strategies for our products, services, and solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in a range of project activities, including supporting process improvements, optimizing workflows, coordinating change projects, analyzing trends, and standardizing key Category activities.

You will also be trained to provide subject matter expertise on the process, systems, and tools that we use, so you can share this expertise with internal and external contacts when they need support.

This position is ideal for anyone with an interest in developing their career in product/project management. If you have an eye for detail, identifying bottlenecks, and finding innovative solutions, then this could be the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support process improvements and optimize workflows
* Coordinate change projects and analyze trends
* Standardize key Category activities
* Provide subject matter expertise on process, systems, and tools

**Requirements:**

* Some experience in business administration
* Interest in continuous improvement and project management
* Experience using business systems and tools
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Good analysis skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel analysis)
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive can-do attitude and strong team spirit
* Confidence to manage and meet deadlines/timescales
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Digitally savvy
* Sense of ownership and accountability
* Interest in Project Management methods
