Our client a Food / Meat Processing Manufacturer are looking to recruit a HR Admininstrator in a time of growth and expansion.

Main duties will involve:

Recruitment and onboarding

Supporting recruitment process Manpower planning, Designing Job descriptions, sourcing new candidates, conducting preliminary screening of candidates and coordinating with Managers for the final interview

Overall improvement with the cost of hiring and reducing the turnaround time in hiring

Review the induction process for internal and agency

Manage the administration of starters & leavers, including probation monitoring and exit interviews.

Coordinate the new starter induction process ensuring personnel records are complete.

Training and Development (T&D)

Supporting Managers with developing training programs and calendar

Supporting in all coordination and implementation the T&D programs

Maintaining training records including creation of training agreements where relevant.

HRMS & Software management

Croner administration of compliance management

Bright HR

Operational Support

Act as a central point for enquiries from staff, reporting to HR manager

Develop an understanding of all up-to-date HR procedures and company policies

Looking after the SMETA audit and reviewing the development on a periodic basis

Attendance management Back and support

FRS Attendance management all information is provided to the payroll team effectively

Maintaining an effective Time & Attendance system across the site, supporting developing projects for facial recognition.

Ensure all pay elements are recorded correctly for the correct monetary amounts to be paid/deducted

Oversee the collection of absence and holiday data, calculating entitlements and providing analysis as required.Hikvision Facial recognition system

Maintaining Master databased of all direct and indirect employees

Maintain accurate records of pay and working hours providing reports as requested by Management

Maintain information on all HR systems ensuring Data protection legislation is observed.

Collate HR information for monthly management report
Working Hours 8 30 Mon Fri

Ideal candidates will come from either a recruitment or HR background, ideally with UK Employee Relations experience.

Salary circa £25k dependant on candidate
