Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and access to a car (for travel between clients' homes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in challenging situations.
