Job Summary

We are currently seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Engage in activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Be of a calm and patient nature, with good listening skills
  • Be caring and compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting others
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle (mileage paid)
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Be willing to undergo training and development opportunities
