Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Rail Project Manager. As a key member of our Rail Sector team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex rail infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-discipline project teams to deliver high-profile rail infrastructure projects
  • Develop and execute project execution plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Chartered status (C.Eng/MIStructE) or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Significant experience in the UK Rail sector in a particular engineering discipline/multidiscipline rail project
  • Project management qualifications
  • Familiarity with public sector framework management and delivery
