We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the front-of-house operations at a prestigious office environment in central Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and tenants.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to tenants and guests, while also facilitating events and activities that foster a sense of community within the office space. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, possess relevant experience, and be prepared to manage a dynamic and multifaceted role.
**Working Hours** – 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
**Salary** - £29,835
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Management
- Oversee and maintain the reception area to ensure it meets the expectations of clients and tenants.
- Welcome, register, and assist all visitors to the building, adhering to established sign-in protocols.
- Handle deliveries, including mail and courier services.
- Create and maintain a local amenities information resource, utilizing your knowledge of the surrounding area.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Compile and distribute weekly update reports.
- Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance within the building.
- Collaborate closely with the Building Manager to report and resolve any building-related issues.
- Foster strong relationships with local letting agents, ensuring that vacant office spaces are well-maintained for viewings.
- Communicate effectively with all service partners (contractors, cleaning staff, security) to uphold consistent standards.
- Coordinate contractor visits for routine maintenance, manage key distribution, and update maintenance logs.
- Prepare weekly update reports for key stakeholders.
- Research and implement pop-up events and other initiatives designed to enhance community engagement within the building.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to secure promotional offers and complimentary services for tenants.
- Develop and distribute an e-newsletter to inform tenants about activities and encourage participation.
- Demonstrated experience in a front-of-house role, ready to embrace a new challenge.
- Friendly and proactive demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media applications.
