Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relationship and Events Coordinator to join our team at Exceptional Care. This role combines partner relationship management with event coordination to ensure a seamless experience, increase brand awareness, and foster strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, charities, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, networking events, and corporate functions.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV equipment, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate event promotion through marketing channels, social media, and partnerships.
  • Assist in creating event-related materials, such as presentations, invitations, and agendas.
  • Track and manage key contacts and consistently monitor and update a database for all stakeholders.
  • Use WhatsApp business to set up key conversations for planning and organizing meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Arrange preparation for events, including hair, make-up, and wardrobe.
  • Develop and schedule posts across social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community.
  • Grow followers and drive traffic through organic and paid strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on engagement and growth data.

Requirements:

  • Experience in relationship management, event planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Excellent and proficient in digital platforms.
