Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RLS Administrator to join our Older People Services (OPS) Team at Brookside Retirement Living Scheme in Ormskirk, West Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality services to our residents and the public.

Key duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the OPS Team, including file management, data entry, and other tasks as required.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and activities for residents and the public.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services and processes to ensure value for money and excellent customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in housing management systems.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer care and administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
