Job Title: 4D Planner

Job Summary:

Monroe International is seeking a highly skilled Digital Construction Project Planner to join our team. As a 4D Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple locations within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead external planning teams using Primavera P6 and 4D integration tools to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Integrate project schedules into 3D designs per client requirements, utilizing your expertise in construction sequencing and coordination.
  • Expand and sequence MEP programs and integrate with BIM models to optimize project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during client calls and deliver expert schedule and construction insights to drive business growth.
  • Monitor productivity, meet deadlines, and regularly report progress to clients and internally to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 Project Planning, delivering projects in construction or civils, with a strong understanding of 4D software.
  • Experience analyzing construction sequences, identifying risks, and resolving coordination issues to ensure project delivery.
  • A genuine desire to learn digital construction and 4D software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Professional stakeholder communication skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and influence stakeholders to drive project success.
