We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join our Real Estate Division in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Developer and Industrial, Sciences and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Management commissions in developing plans and programmes to deliver our service and projects, monitoring and reporting against these in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems, mission and values.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve safe and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives.
- Provide planning advice and direction to project team members and stakeholders, producing programme assurance reports on client commissions.
- Apply critical path analysis and assess the impact of change on critical and non-critical activities.
- Deliver period programme updates and input to project reports, coordinating between clients and their partners', consultants', and contractors' programmes of works and compliance with the project programme.
- Proven track record of delivering projects as a Senior Planner/Project Planner with 10 years + experience with a UK-based main contractor/project management consultancy.
- Experience on a variety of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail.
- Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (Primavera and Microsoft Project an added bonus).
