Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to work within our Real Estate Division, with a focus on supporting our Commercial Developer and Industrial, Sciences and Technology teams in London. As a Senior Construction Planner, you'll work across some of Turner & Townsend's key clients, including high-performing property developers, blue-chip real estate businesses, and household names.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and other stakeholders to provide planning advice and direction.
  • Produce detailed integrated programmes, backed up by a build strategy, construction methodology, logistics scheme, and phasing plans.
  • Provide support to project teams for all planning functions, ensuring issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.
  • Apply critical path analysis and assess the impact of change on critical and non-critical activities.
  • Deliver programme assurance reports, progress reports, and period programme updates.
  • Coordinate between clients, partners, consultants, and contractors' programmes of works and compliance with the project programme.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Planner/Project Planner with a UK-based main contractor/project management consultancy.
  • Experience on a variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health, and Retail.
  • Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (Primavera and Microsoft Project an added bonus).
