Coburg Banks Technical, a leading provider of domiciliary care services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and ensuring that all calls are covered and attended to. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with carers
  • Completing care plans, risk assessments, and spot checks
  • Ensuring that systems are regularly updated and that information inputted is accurate

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care, preferably in a team leader or senior care assistant role
  • Computer literacy skills and ability to use care management systems
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with carers and other stakeholders
  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care Adults
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
