Transformation Analyst

As a pivotal member of CDL Software, the Change Analyst will be instrumental in steering the organization through technological transformations. Your role will encompass the effective implementation and oversight of changes that enhance our operational efficiency.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers throughout the organization, ensuring that all changes adhere to CDL's established policies and best practices.
Position in Organisation
- Reports directly to the Change Manager.
- Facilitates coordination across various business sectors to manage change requests.
- Engages with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides support for CDL Release Analysts as needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage Change Requests:
- Oversee change requests, ensuring comprehensive quality and information.
- Draft communications for clients in accordance with Change Management policies.
- Administer ongoing changes, ensuring timely approvals and status updates.
- Collaborate with the Change Manager to assess the impact of unsuccessful changes and facilitate Post Change Reviews.
- Administer and document the bi-weekly Change Control Board meetings.
- Work with the Change Manager to clarify requirements for various change types and guide stakeholders accordingly.
- Participate in Client Change discussions, ensuring relevant reports are prepared and shared.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of change processes under the guidance of the Change Manager.
- Collaborate with CDL stakeholders and clients to ensure clarity and understanding of the change process.
- Document underlying procedures as necessary.
- Provide management information regarding changes to clients and senior management.
- Conduct regular reviews of change processes with stakeholders.
- Identify and propose service enhancements based on feedback and observations.
- Assist the Change Manager in conducting regular audits of the change process.
- Review incident logs to identify non-compliance with established processes.
- Report recurring issues to relevant team leaders and the Change Manager.
- Contribute to the development of Service Management initiatives.
- Work alongside the Change Manager to mitigate unauthorized changes.
- Identify training needs to enhance skills and knowledge for the role.
- Take initiative for personal growth and development.
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
- ITIL V4 or V3 Foundation qualification is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
