Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to be part of our global Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team, focusing on the design and execution of a comprehensive business development transformation initiative.

In this role, you will be supported by a Business Analyst and a Communications Manager, taking charge of the strategy and developing the necessary change, adoption, communication, and training plans to enhance the firm's business development and client relationship management practices, utilizing Salesforce CRM effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in similar senior transformation roles within a global organization and possess a strong understanding of business development processes in a professional services context.

This position demands exceptional influencing, communication, and advisory skills, along with strong business acumen and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate challenges, opportunities, and readiness for change.
  • Design, plan, and lead the execution of a comprehensive suite of global business development transformation initiatives aligned with the firm's client strategy and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Salesforce Development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, processes, workflows, and acceptance criteria that deliver clear benefits to the organization.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and maintain a stakeholder map.
  • Facilitate change workshops, focus groups, online meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to project team members on best practices in change management.
  • Contribute expertise to the change communication strategy in partnership with the Communications Manager.
  • Deliver regular updates to the project management team, Chief Marketing Officer, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills, mentoring colleagues to support their career and personal development goals.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading global change initiatives, preferably within a professional services environment or related to sales and business development process transformation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise-wide CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience in designing, overseeing, and delivering enterprise-wide training programs.
  • Expertise in developing a change communications strategy.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities that engage and motivate individuals and groups.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office and MSP.
  • Fluent in spoken English, with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively lead discussions among leaders while building trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
