Job Overview

Join a prominent FMCG organization recognized for its exceptional workplace culture and environment.

The company is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its Shared Service Centre (SSC) capabilities to support ongoing investment in both existing and new markets, alongside a major transformation initiative.


Role Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance operational excellence across the organization by standardizing controls, processes, and management reporting across various legal entities.

You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to drive efficiency and success.

This includes establishing a robust control framework and service delivery model while fostering a culture of continuous improvement by setting performance objectives within the team.

You will play a pivotal role in defining innovative operational practices in collaboration with the SSC Director, promoting best practices in behaviors and workplace culture.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive experience in managing complex accounting frameworks within a Shared Service Centre that has undergone transformation.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels.

A strong personality is required to develop competency and behavior frameworks, with the capability to influence and drive decisions within a large finance team.
