  • Facilitates coordination across various business sectors to manage change requests.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage Change Requests:
  • Oversee change requests, ensuring thorough quality checks on the information provided.
  • Draft communications for clients in line with the Change Management policy, addressing any inquiries that arise.
  • Administer ongoing changes, ensuring timely approvals and updates on the status of changes.
  • Collaborate with the Change Manager to assess the impact of unsuccessful changes on clients and facilitate Post Change Reviews.
  • Document and manage the Change Control Board meetings.
  • Work alongside the Change Manager to clarify requirements for various types of changes and guide stakeholders accordingly.
  • Participate in client change discussions, ensuring relevant reports are prepared and shared.
Enhance Change Processes:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change processes under the guidance of the Change Manager.
  • Engage with CDL stakeholders and clients to ensure the change process is well-documented and understood.
  • Comprehend and document underlying procedures as necessary.
Evaluate Efficiency:
  • Provide management insights on changes to clients and senior management as required.
  • Conduct regular reviews of change processes with stakeholders.
  • Identify and propose service enhancements based on feedback and observations.
Ensure Compliance with Change Management:
  • Assist the Change Manager in performing regular audits of the change process.
  • Review incident logs to identify instances of non-compliance with established processes.
  • Alert relevant team leaders and the Change Manager to any recurring issues.
  • Contribute to the development of Service Management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Change Manager to mitigate unauthorized changes.
Personal Development:
  • Identify training needs to enhance skills and knowledge for the role.
  • Take responsibility for personal growth and development.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
  • ITIL V4 or V3 Foundation qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive in taking ownership and responsibility.
