As a Fire Safety Training Coordinator at Value Match, you will be instrumental in managing and facilitating the effective delivery of fire safety training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Training Manager and various teams to ensure that training initiatives are executed efficiently, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Training Coordination:
- Assist the Training Manager in organizing and scheduling fire safety training sessions.
- Work with training teams and external partners to ensure the timely provision of training materials and resources.
- Monitor training progress and address any challenges or deviations from the training plan.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of training delivery.
- Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to identify and rectify any compliance issues.
Resource Management:
- Supervise and manage training resources and materials used in fire safety programs.
- Review training resource performance and provide insights to the Training Manager.
- Address any concerns or disputes regarding training resources and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
Promote and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols during training sessions.
- Conduct safety assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe training environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation, including training records and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports for the Training Manager and stakeholders regarding training progress and outcomes.
Act as a liaison between training teams, participants, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and resolving any issues that arise during training execution.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend strategies to improve training effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in fire safety training.
Qualifications:
Minimum NVQ level 2 in fire safety training.
Relevant certifications in health and safety.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a training or coordination role within the fire safety sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Proficiency in using training management tools and software.
