We are seeking a highly skilled Building Fire Safety Coordinator to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building safety matters, including fire safety, to clients across the residential sector. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement building safety documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Develop and implement building safety documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work closely with clients to identify and mitigate potential building safety risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of building safety initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in building safety and fire safety management.
- Proven experience in building safety and fire safety management, preferably in a residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including the Building Safety Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential building safety risks.
