About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Fire Safety Team as an Apprentice Fire Safety Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fire safety and risk management within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a structured learning programme to develop your skills and knowledge in fire safety and risk management.
  • Assist in the delivery of fire training to staff across the Trust.
  • Contribute to the development of fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Support the Fire Safety Team in the provision of fire safety advice and guidance to staff and stakeholders.
  • Participate in fire risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate fire safety risks.
Person Specification
  • 5 GCSEs Grade A-C.
  • Be innovative and problem-solving.
  • Be keen to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Have confidence to communicate effectively with diverse staff audiences.
  • Be computer literate in word and excel.
