About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
  • Full UK driving licence is essential as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
