Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Bath. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks as required.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Good professional and personal references.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
