Brand Activation Manager

Are you a marketing professional looking to drive brand awareness and customer consideration in the automotive market? We're seeking a Brand Activation Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's biggest automotive brands, shaping and bringing to market new products and services through excellent marketing communications. You will help support the company's profitability over the next few years by developing and delivering key strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategy across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage agency partners-brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as brand guardian across full funnel marketing activity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
