Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
- Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
- Manage key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
- Act as brand guardian across full marketing activity.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
- Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation and working with agency partners.
- Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
- Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen.
