Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Citigroup Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data management within the client reporting function, monitoring offshore team performance, and evaluating risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data management within the client reporting function to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Monitor the performance of offshore teams using daily and monthly Management Information
  • Evaluate risks and controls to ensure a strong governance framework for all clients
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the client reporting function
  • Support client change implementation, including planning and cost for delivery
  • Collaborate with regional partners to ensure a unified approach to client reporting operations

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with a thorough knowledge of Client or Performance reporting requirements and a sound understanding of ESG reporting requirements
  • Previous experience of managing client reporting teams is essential, and collaborating with global teams/partners
  • Experience of developing and delivering on Client Reporting initiatives and driving efficiency
  • Experience of the Vermilion platforms is preferential
