Phoenix Group, a leading UK long-term savings and retirement business, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Annuities team. This role will support the BPA and Reinsurance teams, working closely with Data Analysts, Transition Managers, and Reinsurance team members. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a market-leading company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze scheme benefit specifications and complex pension datasets to identify system development needs.
  • Support the BPA implementation process, ensuring data and payroll reconciliation results are accurate.
  • Validate scheme data through implementation to buyout, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Transition Manager in Trustee and Scheme Administrator meetings by discussing data issues.
  • Review and check management information to support BPA and Reinsurance performance oversight.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience with large pension datasets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
