Senior Data Analyst Opportunity

Phoenix Group, a leading UK long-term savings and retirement business, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Annuities team. This role will support the BPA and Reinsurance teams, working closely with Data Analysts, Transition Managers, and Reinsurance team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex pension datasets to identify system development needs and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the BPA implementation process, ensuring data and payroll reconciliation results are accurate and complete.
  • Validate scheme data through implementation to buyout, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Transition Manager in Trustee and Scheme Administrator meetings by discussing data issues and providing expert insights.
  • Review and check management information to support BPA and Reinsurance performance oversight.

Requirements
