As a Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and will be reporting to the Operations Director and CEO directly. We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the operations of a care home, providing leadership and direction to staff, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Leading with Passion: Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring that the provisions of person-centred care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Championing Resident Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, including medication administration and adherence to care plans.
- Excellence in Operations: Collaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Commitment to Quality: Maintain accurate records and foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare or residential care industry. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care, always prioritising their well-being.
