Vehicle Order Progression Specialist

Main Purpose of Role

You are responsible for the progression of vehicle orders and facilitation of the delivery process with dealers and customers. Through effective management of the respective area, you will:

  • Improve Processes
  • Improve Customer Journey

  • Reduce Complaints
  • Upskill Staff
  • Maintain and Improve Internal and External Relationships
Your Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Deliveries and Dealer Team. Allocate work across team members. Run and action daily Delivery Forecast reports. Obtain dealer updates. Communicate delays or vehicle issues to relevant internal teams. Secure Delivery offer dates and booking confirmations. Contact customers to arrange acceptance of delivery. Ensure delivery addresses are within Funder guidelines. Update dealers with any changes in good time. Review processes and structure to keep in line with business needs and increase in volumes. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Line Manager, Department Heads (where applicable) and wider management team. Work closely with external partners such as dealers and funders to maintain a good relationship and be confident to address any issues. Monitor and analyse targets are being achieved. Report any areas of concern by following Company guidelines.

Work Environment:

This role may involve working in a fast-paced office setting or remotely, depending on company policies. Occasional travel may be required for training or industry events.
